Fellow Investment Partners is led by Partners Joshua Greenlee and Lucas Larson, who bring over two decades of combined leadership experience in commercial real estate operations and finance.
From 2014 to 2024, Joshua and Lucas served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Asset Management Group, where together they grew the company from a small regional operation into a major Kansas City-area commercial real estate firm with approximately 50 employees and well over $500 million in assets under management. They directed operations and underwriting across retail, office, and industrial assets, guided the platform through the COVID-19 pandemic while sustaining strong performance, and identified and executed numerous acquisitions.
Today the firm is based in Shawnee, where both partners live and raise their families and take an active part in the local EDC and Chamber of Commerce.
